When you want to obtain detailed information about objects in you plan, select them with the Selection Tool. The Info panel in the sidebar area will display relevant information. If a web link has been assigned to the object, you can see the web page by selecting the object, then clicking on the web link from within the info panel. Use the dimension tool to obtain size data on the plan itself.
