To lock line dimensions, select “Lock Line Dims” from the Edit menu. This feature prevents line dimensions from being moved or manipulated. To unlock line dimensions, select “Lock Line Dims” again. A check mark in front of the menu command indicates that it is has been activated. A separate command is provided for locking area dimensions.
Note: You cannot lock an individual line dimension.
