Established retailer demonstrates Icovia's unrivaled lead generation capabilities in a few short months.

Storehouse made the Icovia Space Planner a core part of online customer experience in 2005 and quickly became one of the best-performing lead generators among Icovia's long list of retailers and manufacturers.

Founded in 1969 and acquired by Rowe Companies in 1999, Storehouse has spread across the southeast and into the Washington and Philadelphia metro areas. It was integrated with Rowe's Home Elements brand in 2002 to create a stronger retail division of 60+ stores in 15 states. HOME Magazine named Storehouse the 2003 Retailer of the Year.

Storehouse Furniture uses the Icovia Space Planner to offer their customers the Storehouse 'house planner, the latest in a series of online design tools at storehouse.com that puts the power of design into their customers' hands. In line with Storehouse Furniture's mantra to make good design accessible, Storehouse taps Icovia to create a web-based design environment that enables customers to design their own rooms by browsing Storehouse products, which are automatically scaled to their correct dimensions.

Just three months after launching Icovia's Room Planner, Storehouse registered over 2,000 new users. In the process, Storehouse gained deep insight into the product categories their customers were browsing, what type of rooms they were building, and the products users placed in their rooms most frequently.

A mere six months later, Storehouse consistently generates nearly 1,000 new registered leads every month through Icovia. That produces an immense database of qualified furniture shoppers that Storehouse can market their products to. Without Icovia, these valuable prospects would be undetected browsers to the Storehouse website.

Joseph Bowers, Vice President of Direct Channels for Storehouse is impressed. "We've been very pleased with the level of interest our customers have shown in our Storehouse 'house planner."

Making a Difference Where it Counts

Bowers recognizes the important role online space planning plays in customer purchasing behavior. Icovia has done more than increase average order size. It has allowed Storehouse to do business where it otherwise could not. Bowers notes that Icovia is "empowering our design consultants to sell rooms of furniture to customers in states where our brand is not yet physically represented. The application consistently ranks as one of the most effective conversion tools on our site."
